This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions, payments, and renewals made through https://blueyemail.com or associated billing processors (Stripe and Razorpay). By purchasing or renewing a subscription, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
All Bluey Email subscriptions come with a 7-day cancellation period. If, for any reason, you do not use your subscription or your subscription auto-renews, you can request a full refund by contacting billing@blueyemail.com within 7 days of the initial purchase or renewal.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Bluey Email strives for enterprise-grade reliability with a monthly uptime of 99.5%, excluding scheduled maintenance or force majeure events.
Downtime Credit:

To claim a service credit, email billing@blueyemail.com within 15 days of the affected month. Credits apply to your next billing cycle and cannot be exchanged for cash.
You may cancel your subscription anytime through your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger a refund unless you’re within the 7-day window or covered by SLA credits. Your account remains active until the end of the billing cycle.
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact billing@blueyemail.com before filing a chargeback with your bank. Unnecessary chargebacks may result in account suspension.
We may make exceptions for refund eligibility in extraordinary cases, including:

Payments made via third-party marketplaces or resellers are subject to their respective refund policies. Refunds cannot be processed for purchases not made directly through blueyemail.com.
