What other tools charge extra for

Most platforms add ₹15K/mo for the CRM tier. We add zero.

Timeline, pipelines, custom properties, computed fields, multi-user roles. All of it ships on Grow. No upgrade conversation. No “contact us for CRM” modal.

₹0Extra · for the full CRM.

What writes itself onto every contact’s timeline.

No middleware. No tracking pixels you have to install. Once the integrations are connected, the timeline fills itself.

Things teams check first.

Is this a real CRM or just a contact list with timestamps?

It's a real CRM — pipelines, deals, follow-up reminders, role-based access. It's built around 'every contact has one timeline' rather than around opportunity stages, so sales-heavy teams may still want Salesforce. For most B2C and product-led B2B, it replaces a standalone CRM.

Can I sync with Hubspot or Salesforce?

Two-way contact sync with Hubspot is live. Salesforce sync is on the roadmap. If you're switching off either, support will help with a managed migration.

What about custom fields and computed properties?

Custom fields are unlimited. Computed properties (e.g., 'LTV', 'days since last order') refresh in real time. Use them anywhere — segments, flows, reports, conditional content in emails.

Where does the data live?

EU (Frankfurt) by default, with US (Virginia) and Asia (Singapore) regions on Agency. You can export any contact's full event history as JSON or CSV anytime.

Import your contacts. Read the first timeline.

CSV upload, Shopify sync, REST API, Zapier — pick one and your contacts land with full engagement history.
