Twelve tools. One bill. No feature held hostage.
Most email platforms sell you a plan, then sell you the features again as add-ons and upgrades. Bluey ships the AI builder, automations, CRM, landing pages, deliverability tooling and a transactional API in the same product — and bills you on emails sent, not contacts stored.

Build the campaign
Everything between an idea and a send — without a designer or a developer.
Automate the follow-up
The flows that run while you sleep. Typically under 5% of your sends and a third or more of your email revenue.
Reach the inbox, then measure it
Deliverability and analytics are the two places where cheap tools quietly cost you the most.
Scale it and stay legal
The infrastructure and compliance layer, included rather than sold as an enterprise tier.
Why one platform instead of five subscriptions
The standard small-business email stack is a marketing tool, a form builder, a landing-page builder, a transactional provider and a CRM. Five subscriptions, five renewal dates, and — the part that actually hurts — five places where your contact data lives in a slightly different shape.
The cost of that split is not only the invoice. It is the abandoned-cart flow that never got built because the store data lived in one tool and the sending happened in another. It is the receipt that went to spam because the transactional domain was never authenticated properly. It is the segment you could not build because behavioural events stopped at the integration boundary.
Bluey’s bet is that for the overwhelming majority of teams under a few million sends a month, one system that knows everything about a contact beats five systems that each know a slice. If you genuinely need best-of-breed depth in one dimension — a dedicated CDP, say — our comparison pages say so plainly, including the rows where the other tool wins.
Questions people ask before switching
Are features locked behind higher plans?
The core of the product is not. Segmentation, web and event tracking, pop-ups, deliverability tooling (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), the drag-and-drop composer, and both marketing and transactional sending are on Spark, the entry plan. What scales with the plan is volume: 3 automations on Spark versus 25 on Grow and unlimited on Business; 2 seats versus 4 versus unlimited; 50 AI generations a month versus 200 versus unlimited. The rule is that you pay for more of a thing, not for permission to use it.
How is Bluey billed if not per contact?
On emails sent. Spark starts at ₹300 / $7 a month for 6,000 emails and runs to ₹1,500 / $36 for 30,000. Grow starts at ₹2,500 / $30 for 50,000 emails and reaches 1,000,000 for ₹15,000 / $180. You can store as many contacts as you like at any tier. Most platforms invert this — they charge rent on every contact in your database, including the ones who never open anything and the ones who unsubscribed.
Can I run marketing campaigns and transactional email from one account?
Yes, and that is unusual. Most stacks pair a marketing tool with a separate transactional provider, which means two bills, two sending reputations to manage, and two dashboards to check when something breaks. Bluey sends both, and the transactional side has its own SMTP and REST API, domain authentication, suppression handling and webhooks.
Do I need a developer to set any of this up?
Not for the marketing side. The composer, forms, landing pages and automations are all visual. You will need DNS access once — to paste the SPF, DKIM and DMARC records that Gmail and Yahoo have required from bulk senders since February 2024. Our step-by-step guide covers exactly what to paste and where. The transactional API is the one part genuinely aimed at developers.
What happens to my existing automations if I switch?
Bring the list, rebuild the flows. Contact import with custom fields and tags is a single CSV upload. Automations have to be recreated because no two platforms model branching identically, but the common ones — welcome series, abandoned cart, win-back — are templated, and support will build them with you during the trial rather than pointing you at a help doc.
