Bluey for coaches & consultants

Your list is the business. Keep 100% of what it earns.

Nurture, launch, sell, deliver — all of it runs on email. Bluey takes 0% of your revenue, bills on emails sent rather than subscribers, and handles the access emails as well as the marketing.

Of your revenue goes to the platform0%

Connect your own Stripe account and what clients pay you is yours, minus processing. That is the structural difference from creator platforms that take a percentage of every subscription indefinitely — at ₹4L / $5,000 a month in revenue, a 10% platform fee is ₹40,000 / $500 every month, against a ₹2,500 / $30 sending plan.

Launch-shapedPricing that matches how you actually sell

A launch is a spike: a big list, a heavy fortnight, then quiet. Send-based billing charges for the fortnight. Per-subscriber billing charges the same in the eleven quiet months, which is when a solo business can least afford it.

BehaviourSegmentation that knows who clicked and did not buy

The single highest-value segment in any launch is people who clicked the sales page and did not purchase. Sending your deadline email only to them, rather than to everyone, is the difference between a launch that converts and one that costs you subscribers.

The playbook

Pre-built for you.

Install in one click. Tweak the timing and the copy. Hit publish. None of these are upsells — they ship on every plan.

01

Lead magnet and welcome sequence

Deliver the thing immediately, then three emails that establish why you are worth reading before you ask for anything. Welcome emails see 50–80% open rates and most solo businesses send one and go quiet.

02

The four-email launch

Teaser, launch, objection-handling, deadline — with buyers exiting the sequence immediately and the deadline email going only to people who clicked. The full copy and the segmentation rules are in the launch template.

03

Consultation booking follow-up

Confirmation, a preparation email that makes the call more useful, and a follow-up afterwards. The preparation email is what separates a discovery call from a sales call.

04

Course and programme delivery

Module release, nudges for people who have not started, and completion follow-up. These are transactional in character and sit on the same account as the marketing.

05

Evergreen nurture between launches

The eleven months you are not launching are what makes the launch work. A weekly or fortnightly email that is useful on its own terms is the whole asset.

Who it fits

Built for whichever shape your team is.

Solo consultants and coaches

Where you are the marketing department. Three flows and a fortnightly email is a complete programme, and it fits on the entry plan.

Course and cohort creators

Launch sequences plus delivery emails, with behavioural segmentation to keep the deadline email off the people who already bought.

Paid newsletter and membership

Your own Stripe, your own gate, your own list — and no percentage taken. See the Substack comparison for what that difference is worth annually.

Asked a lot

The three questions that come up first.

Q1Do you take a cut of course or coaching revenue?

No. Zero percent. Payments run through your own Stripe account and never pass through Bluey, so we have nothing to take a cut of. You pay for emails sent and that is the entire commercial relationship.

Q2How does that compare to a platform that takes 10%?

At ₹4L / $5,000 a month in subscription revenue, a 10% platform fee is ₹40,000 / $500 a month, plus payment processing on top. A Bluey plan covering a 10,000-subscriber list emailed weekly is ₹2,500 / $30. The gap is the whole argument, and it grows every time you do.

Q3Can I gate content for paying members?

Yes — segment on subscription status from the Stripe sync, and send gated content only to that segment. Access emails run through the transactional side of the same account.

Q4What do I give up versus a course platform?

Course hosting and video delivery. Bluey handles the list, the segmentation, the launch sequence and the access emails, not the content platform itself. Most creators pair it with whatever hosts their material — which is one subscription, not a revenue share.
