Same platform. Configured for how you make money.
Four worked examples by industry and three by outcome. Each one shows the specific flows, triggers and segments that matter for that business — not a feature list with a different stock photo on top.

By industry
The same platform, configured for how your business actually makes money.
More industries
Same platform, different flows — and in each case a different reason the billing model matters.
By outcome
The three reasons people actually put in the effort to migrate.
The three flows that carry almost every business
Whatever the industry, automated flows are a small share of total sends and a disproportionate share of email revenue. The reason is timing: a broadcast arrives when you decided to send it, a flow arrives when the reader did something. Intent is fresh, and fresh intent converts.
The order to build them in is nearly always the same. A welcome series first, because it reaches people at their single highest point of interest and it is the one flow every business can build without integration work. Then whichever recovery flow matches your drop-off — abandoned cart for a store, trial-expiry for SaaS, enquiry follow-up for a service business. Then re-engagement, which quietly protects your deliverability by identifying the contacts who should be removed before their inactivity starts dragging your sender reputation down.
Everything else — advanced segmentation, A/B testing, send-time optimisation — is refinement on top of those three. Teams that skip straight to refinement usually find they are optimising a channel that has no automated backbone underneath it. If you are starting from zero, the six-step starter guide is the shortest path to a working setup.
Questions people ask before switching
My business is not e-commerce, SaaS, an agency or a newsletter. Does any of this apply?
Yes — the four pages are worked examples, not gates. Underneath, almost every business runs the same three flows: a welcome sequence that introduces you, a recovery flow that catches people who showed intent and stopped, and a re-engagement flow that either wakes up a dormant contact or removes them before they hurt your sending reputation. A real-estate agency, a nonprofit and a coaching practice all build those three. The industry pages differ mainly in which event triggers the middle one.
What is the actual difference between the industry pages and the outcome pages?
The industry pages answer 'how would this work for a business like mine' — the events, the flows, the segments. The outcome pages answer 'what changes if I switch' — the bill, the recovered revenue, the ceiling. Most people read one of each: their industry, plus whichever outcome drove them to start looking in the first place.
How long does it take to get the first flow running?
A welcome series is realistically an afternoon: import the list, authenticate the sending domain, and build three emails. Abandoned cart takes longer only because it depends on store events reaching Bluey — usually a Shopify or WooCommerce connection, which is a setup step rather than a build. The honest bottleneck for most teams is not the tool, it is writing the emails.
Do agencies pay per client workspace?
No. Billing is on total emails sent across the account, so a dozen small clients with quiet lists cost roughly what one moderately active client costs. This is the opposite of per-contact pricing, where every client's dormant list is a line item on your invoice every month whether or not you send to it.
Is there a plan that makes sense before I have revenue?
Spark starts at ₹300 / $7 a month including 6,000 emails, with segmentation, tracking, deliverability tooling and both marketing and transactional sending included. The trial is seven days with full feature access and no credit card. If you are pre-launch, the waitlist tool is the piece to start with — build the list first, then worry about the sending plan.
