The short version

MailerLite has four plans, priced by subscriber count. As published on 27 October 2026: Free covers up to 250 subscribers and 2,500 emails a month; Comfort starts at $12 a month and allows emails up to 10 times your subscriber tier; Power starts at $25 a month with unlimited emails under a fair-use policy; Enterprise, for 200,000+ subscribers, is custom. Annual billing saves 10% and nonprofits get 30% off. The starting prices apply to the smallest tier — at 10,000 subscribers our June 2026 comparison put Comfort at about $89 a month.

Simple to start, priced per subscriber — so the starting price is the smallest list's price, not yours.

Everything below comes from MailerLite’s own pricing page as served on 27 October 2026. Its per-tier price grid is drawn by a slider in the browser, so the served page states starting prices rather than the full grid; where we quote a price at a larger list, it is dated separately.

The four plans

  • Free — up to 250 subscribers and 2,500 emails a month.
  • Comfort — from $12 a month. Monthly sends are capped at 10 times the top of your subscriber tier: the up-to-1,000 tier gets 10,000 emails.
  • Power — from $25 a month, with unlimited emails subject to MailerLite’s fair-use policy.
  • Enterprise — for 200,000+ subscribers, with custom pricing and sending volume.

Annual billing saves 10%. Nonprofits get 30% off paid plans after verification, and only one discount applies at a time.

What it costs at your list size

The starting prices are for the smallest tier. Because MailerLite bills per subscriber, the price rises with every tier your list crosses, whether or not you email those people more. In our tested comparison (June 2026), Comfort at 10,000 subscribers was about $89 a month. Check the slider on MailerLite’s page at your own count before deciding.

Comfort’s send cap matters as much as its price: 10× your tier is generous for a weekly newsletter, but a daily sender to the whole list will hit it. That is when Power’s unlimited sends start to earn their premium.
